'Showing of Interest' Card

In the mailing that went out November 8th, 2010, the 'Proof of Employee Support' is a 'Showing of Interest' card, not a vote on the matter. If the employees of 028 return thirty percent or more of the 'Proof of Employee Support' cards, then UPEC can petition with Sacramento County Labor Relations for a vote to become our union. Then, between December 1st, 2010 and April 15th, 2011, is the time for the vote.
